Substance Abuse Evaluation
One
person with a drug or
alcohol problem can affect many others in the workplace, including
managers, coworkers, and customers. Efforts to address the problem
often fail due to lack of understanding of the dynamics of addiction,
denial and co-dependency.
I
provide consultation
and training to supervisors and managers which
results in timely identification and effective intervention with
substance abuse and other addictive behaviors in the
workplace.
I
also provide assessment and referral services for individuals with
drug, alcohol or other addictions that are affecting their work
performance.
