I am a licensed psychotherapist, in private practice since 1992, treating adults, both individuals and couples. My specialties include addictions, co-dependency, anxiety and depression, job stress, life transitions, and relationship problems.

I am also a consultant with over 20 years of experience helping business owners, managers and Human Resources professionals solve behavioral problems in the workplace. I provide consultation, individual coaching, training, and direct intervention for problems such as dealing with difficult people, substance abuse, and workplace trauma.
